Reservations
Truce will take reservations three months in advance. Truce offers services before and after hours based on availability. There is an additional charge for these services. Complimentary beverage service is offered while experiencing Truce.
Spa Payment Inquiries
Both registered and non-registered hotel guests are welcome. All major credit cards, cash and gift certificates purchased through Truce are accepted. Gratuities are not included in the menu prices.
Parking
Parking is available in Lincoln Square, elevators from the fourth or fifth level to go directly to The Westin Bellevue lobby, transfer to the hotel elevators and go to the fourth floor where the spa is located.
Guest Timeliness
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. Arriving late will possibly interfere with your service and based on availability could be rescheduled. All appointments will end at their scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed.
Cancellation Policy
Please notify the Spa two hours prior to your appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule. If we do not receive a call, you will be charged 100% full payment for services not canceled in the time allotted.
Waxing
Sun exposure is not recommended before or after any waxing service.
